Entering the Final Phase of the Visioning Journey
On the evening of Monday, 3rd March 2025, we finally gathered again as a community to officially launch the poll and embark on the final stage of our Visioning process.
We started with a guided meditation led by Ayda, inviting us to explore the present moment with curiosity and openness. This was followed by a dyad practice, giving participants the opportunity to introduce one another to the group.

Together, we warmly welcomed our newest team member, Luciana, whose continuous commitment will be instrumental in making the MR initiative flourish.

We then mapped out the key milestones of our strategic timeline to complete the Visioning process and transition to the Co-creating phase.

- The poll will remain open until the end of March. Once it closes, we will analyze and systematize the results to highlight emerging themes and insights.
- Dedicated online working groups will then come together to co-design strategies that address key priorities.
- Building on these strategies, we will develop action plans that outline community engagement, allocate resources, and set clear goals.
- These plans will be presented at ESRI 2025, fostering community engagement and fundraising opportunities as we transition into the action and implementation phase.
