These gatherings are designed as a simple, easy, uncomplicated chance for us to primarily sit, hold warm safe space for each other, show up with whatever is going on in our lives, choose to share about it or not, share encouragement, affirmation and solidarity, and enjoy sitting in silence practicing together.
