An open, research-focused gathering for researchers, meditation teachers, practitioners, and students.
The afternoon includes a guided meditation, introductions, and three talks on mindfulness and its relational, cognitive, and stress-related effects, featuring speakers from Radboud University and the University of Amsterdam.
Free participation, with tea/coffee and snacks provided, followed by optional drinks.
