Community Event: Elaine’s meditation and sharing circle

Elaine Teo and friends are offering regular 45’ meditation circle/check-ins, usually the first Friday of the month at 18:00 CET, a mid-month Tuesday at 20:00 CET, and a late-month Saturday at 10:00 CET. Everyone is welcome! These gatherings are designed as a simple, easy, uncomplicated chance for us to primarily sit, hold warm safe space for each other, show up with whatever is going on in our lives, choose to share about it or not, share encouragement, affirmation and solidarity, and enjoy sitting in silence practicing together.
